This residential project was an exciting curation for Artist’s Proof! The owners who were emerging art collectors wanted to fill their home with art and to support young artist in the region in that process. Inspired by the owners’ love for Vincent Van Gogh’s Starry Night, we commissioned a few brilliant emerging artists to create art for various spaces in their home. All of the works drew on the tones and movement of the Van Gogh’s iconic work.

Instead of following a conventional art program, Artist’s Proof curated a social media focused art program at the Hyatt. Driven by the concept - 'BEST OF VISUAL DC’, we sourced images and videos from popular instagram accounts to highlight the diverse art and culture spaces, activities and people within the district. This curated video animation gives guests at the hotel a local perspective of the various things to do in D.C. besides the National Mall.

Our consultants have staged and installed art in several multi-million dollar listings by the TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Artist’s Proof curated the Dawson office in Huntsville Alabama and in McLean Virginia. A selection of paintings and a site-specific mural for the corporate office location was tied closely to the CEO's Hawaiian heritage but also reflected the modern sensibilities of the office space.
